1. Usage Authorization

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable authorization to access and temporarily store content from Our Platform exclusively for individual, non-business purposes. This constitutes a revocable license, not a transfer of ownership or any proprietary rights.

Under this authorization, you explicitly may not:

Any breach of these conditions results in automatic and immediate license termination. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must promptly destroy all downloaded materials in your possession, whether in electronic or printed format.

LikeRush operates exclusively for personal, non-commercial use. This restriction is fundamental to our service and cannot be waived under any circumstances. We implement and enforce this policy to ensure compliance with applicable laws and to protect all users.

The following uses are strictly prohibited:

  • Generating revenue or financial gain
  • Enhancing commercial reputation or market position
  • Influencing business relationships or partnerships
  • Professional networking or career advancement
• Representing social metrics obtained through our platform as organic or authentic engagement
• Using our services in any manner that could be considered deceptive or misleading
• Accessing our platform on behalf of any business entity or organization
• Reselling or redistributing our services to third parties

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Misrepresenting artificial engagement metrics may violate consumer protection laws
• We actively monitor for commercial use and will terminate accounts without refund
• You bear full responsibility for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws
• Commercial use violations may result in legal action and damages

By using Our Platform, you affirm under penalty of perjury that your use is strictly personal and non-commercial.

3. Privacy and Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. Our platform operates with minimal data collection, focusing only on information necessary for service delivery. We do not store sensitive personal information on our servers.

4. Disclaimers and Limitations

• Damages resulting from third-party actions or platform restrictions
• Any damages exceeding the amount paid for our services in the preceding 12 months

These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

6. Payment Terms and Billing

All transactions are processed through secure, industry-standard payment gateways utilizing 256-bit SSL encryption. We do not store credit card numbers or sensitive financial information on our servers.

7. Platform Operations and Third-Party Services

Important operational disclosures:

• LikeRush operates independently and is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, ByteDance, YouTube, Google, or any other social media platform
• Use of our services must comply with third-party platform terms of service
• We are not responsible for third-party platform actions, including account suspensions or restrictions
• Service delivery depends on third-party platform availability and policies
• We collect only minimal necessary information (usernames) for service delivery
• While we strive for accuracy, exact metric quantities cannot be guaranteed
• Service interruptions may occur due to factors beyond our control

Your Responsibilities:

• Maintain public account settings during service delivery
• Keep usernames consistent throughout the service period
• Ensure compliance with all applicable platform terms
• Monitor your account for any issues or restrictions

8. Refund Policy

General Policy

We stand behind our services with a customer-friendly refund policy. Customers who are not completely satisfied may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of their initial purchase. All refund requests must be submitted to [email protected].

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

• Submit your request within 30 days of purchase

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Romania for the resolution of any disputes. You waive any objection to venue in such courts.
